Golden Grind: Business Empire ("the App") is developed by Limbic Base ("we", "us", or "our"), a sole proprietorship operated by Roman Parodi, based in Switzerland. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. We are committed to transparency and to minimising the data we collect.

The App itself does not directly collect personally identifiable information for advertising or tracking purposes. However, third-party services integrated into the App may collect data as described below, and optional features such as Cloud Save store the data you choose to save. The types of data that may be collected include:

• Device identifiers (advertising ID, device model, OS version)
• Gameplay analytics (session duration, events, progression)
• Crash reports and diagnostic data
• General location data (country/region level only — not precise location)
• Purchase history (for in-app purchases, processed by Apple or Google)
• Game save data and, if you enable Cloud Save or online profiles, an account identifier (see sections 05 and 06)

We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you contact us directly or choose to sign in to an account.

The App may use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalised or non-personalised ads depending on your consent settings and region.

AdMob may collect:

• Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android)
• Device information and IP address
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID"

The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App. This helps us improve gameplay, fix bugs, and optimise the experience.

Firebase Analytics collects:

• App usage events (e.g. session start, investments made, level reached)
• Device type, OS version, and language
• Crash and performance data via Firebase Crashlytics

Analytics data is aggregated and used to understand overall usage patterns rather than to identify you personally. For more information: firebase.google.com/support/privacy

The App offers an optional Cloud Save feature so you can back up your progress and restore it on another device. This feature uses Firebase Authentication and Firebase Firestore (services provided by Google).

When you use Cloud Save or sign in, the following may be stored:

• An account identifier — anonymous by default, or linked to your Google or Apple account if you choose to sign in with one
• Your game save data (progress, businesses, investments, unlocked items, settings)

Signing in is optional. If you play without signing in, your progress stays on your device. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we receive only the account identifier needed to link your save — we do not receive your password, and we do not use your email for marketing. You can request deletion of your cloud save at any time (see section 10).

The App includes an optional online profile and friends feature. It is disabled by default and only becomes active if you choose to enable a public profile.

If you enable it, the following may be stored and made visible to other players who have your friend code:

• A generated friend code (e.g. GG-XXXXXXX)
• Public profile details you choose to share (such as a display name, avatar, and progress stats like net worth or prestige)
• The friend codes you save to your own friends list

You control whether your profile is public and can disable it at any time in the App, which stops sharing your profile with others. Please avoid using personal information (such as your real name) as your public display name if you do not wish it to be visible to others.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Limbic Base does not have access to your payment information such as credit card numbers. For questions about billing, please contact Apple or Google directly.

The App uses RevenueCat to manage, validate, and restore in-app purchases across platforms. RevenueCat acts as an intermediary between the App and the app stores to handle purchase status, validation, and content unlocking.

RevenueCat may collect:

• An anonymous App User ID generated at first launch
• Purchase history and transaction identifiers
• Subscription status and entitlements
• Device type and operating system version

RevenueCat does not have access to your payment details. All financial transactions remain between you and Apple or Google. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy: revenuecat.com/privacy

The App is rated for a general audience and is designed to be appropriate for a wide range of ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Analytics data collected via Firebase is retained for a maximum of 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Ad-related data is managed and retained according to Google AdMob's own data retention policies.

Cloud save data and online profile data are retained for as long as your account exists or until you request deletion. When you delete your cloud save or ask us to remove your data, it is deleted from Firestore.

Depending on your country of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• The right to access data held about you
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to opt out of personalised advertising
• The right to withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, or to request deletion of your cloud save, online profile, or analytics data associated with your device, please contact us at privacy@limbicbase.com. For advertising data, please refer to Google's data controls directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
